Chelsea and Cole DeBoer, hosts of Down Home Fab
Rock the Block: Season 6
Enter veterans versus rookies. Former competitors and judges headed back to the block include designer Alison Victoria (Windy City Rehab) with Season 4 champion and high-end designer Michel Smith Boyd (Luxe For Less), as well as home restoration dynamo Jonathan Knight (Farmhouse Fixer) and his New Kids on the Block bandmate and brother Jordan Knight. Joining on the series for the first time, the rookie teams will feature married home reno pros Chelsea and Cole DeBoer (Down Home Fab) and house-flipping experts Kamohai and Tristyn Kalama (Renovation Aloha).
Down Home Fab: Season 3
Chelsea and Cole DeBoer announced Down Home Fab will be renewed for a third season in a joint Instagram post with HGTV. Get ready for more South Dakota glam design ideas.
Help! I Wrecked My House: Season 5
Not only will Help! I Wrecked My House return to HGTV for a fifth season — it's moving from California to Utah, along with host Jasmine Roth and her family (husband Bret Roth and daughter Hazel Roth). Jasmine announced the show's renewal in an Instagram post on July 19. Several days later, she posted more exciting news: She's pregnant with a baby girl.
Married to Real Estate: Season 4
In a joint post with HGTV, Egypt Sherrod and Mike Jackson announced Married to Real Estate has been renewed for a fourth season — and it'll be full of the duos impressive flips.
Fixer to Fabulous: Season 6
Jenny and Dave Marrs continue creating impressive rustic-chic designs in Season 6 of Fixer to Fabulous. The couple announced the news alongside HGTV. "We don't take this for granted," Jenny wrote on Instagram.
Izzy Does It: Season 1
You may recognize master contractor Israel “Izzy” Battres from HGTV's Flip or Flop. Now he’s starring in his very own series called Izzy Does It. The series (airing in 2025) will follow Izzy and his family as they work together to develop their home renovation and design business in Santa Ana, California.
Ugliest House in America: Season 6
HGTV has ordered a new six-episode season of its popular series, Ugliest House in America, starring comedian and actress Retta and HGTV's Windy City Rehab host Alison Victoria.
The Flip Off: Season 1
Longtime Flip or Flop hosts, designers, real estate experts and exes, Tarek El Moussa and Christina Hall, will compete in a real estate flip off. During The Flip Off, Tarek and Christina, along with Tarek's new wife Heather Rae El Moussa, will see who can find, buy, renovate and flip a house for the biggest financial gain.
Renovation Aloha: Season 2
Our favorite Hawaii-based series, Renovation Aloha, is coming back with 10 new episodes starring married home renovators Tristyn and Kamohai Kalama. The series will follow the Kalamas and their large, extended family as they transform dilapidated properties on the island of Oʻahu into beautiful family homes.

Christina in the Country: Season 2
Premieres: Tuesday, Nov. 12 at 9|8c
In six new one-hour episodes of Christina in the Country, designer Christina Haack will continue to expand her design business in the South. We'll watch as she creates custom dream homes for Nashville-area clients and navigates the hot market with her next flip and first rental property.
Don't Hate Your House With the Property Brothers: Season 1
Premieres: Wednesday, Nov. 13 at 9|8c
When moving isn’t an option, Drew and Jonathan Scott will fix problematic homes for frustrated families. The series will showcase the brothers as they tackle seemingly insurmountable reno challenges to transform dysfunctional houses into spaces families will love.
My Lottery Dream Home: Season 17
Premieres: Friday, Dec. 6 at 9|8c
David Bromstad is back crisscrossing the country in My Lottery Dream Home to help his clients purchase fantasy, luxury homes with their newly attained fortunes. This season, in addition to his domestic travels, David will journey further than ever before to helm a vacation home search in the verdant Champagne region of France.
