Designer Brian Patrick Flynn was inspired by the natural colors found in the mountain landscape around HGTV Dream Home 2023. Tones of green, gray, black and cream are woven into the home’s exterior color palette and mimic the surrounding forest and mountain setting.

The home extends the living space into the outdoors on an expansive deck that makes it easy to enjoy the mountain views.

The home’s subtle green exterior pops next to gray roofing and modern black railings for a combination that feels organic and natural.

Outdoor living is elevated in this seating area just off of the guest bedroom on the back deck of HGTV Dream Home 2023. Guests can unwind with a beverage while enjoying the alpine views at the end of the day in their own private outdoor retreat.
